  2. Felix is a traveller and co-founder of personalised trip curator, Anywhr. From weekend getaways to exotic adventures, Anywhr collects user preferences and plans personalised trips to for travellers to destinations with the help of persona identification and matching algorithms.
  3. With several startup experiences and a stint at venture capital, he eventually became Head of Operations at a Rocket Internet venture before being half of the founding team at Anywhr.

  2. Sebastien drives the Amadeus commercial strategy for online segment in Asia Pacific, his main objective is to build and grow our partnership with all online travel players in the region. He also has global responsibility to develop our Travel Media business around the world. During his career at Amadeus, Sebastien helped senior industry leaders develop new business models that capitalize on the evolution of travel industry trends. For the past 6 years, he has been focusing on the online travel segment supporting Amadeus growth with our global online accounts around the world.
  3. Prior to his move to the commercial organization, Sebastien managed large projects for key multi-national customers across Europe, US, Asia and Latin America; including business initiatives to optimize travel distribution, as well as numerous complex IT systems implementations and operational change management programs.

  2. Pam leads online sales and IT account management for the South East Asia, South Korea and Startups, helping online travel agencies to grow, and increase their efficiency & profitability. Pam’s team also helps online Startup players in APAC learn and develop with Amadeus consultancy & technology.
  3. Pam has long and varied experience in developing customer relationships, commercial activities, and implementation of new markets for large multinational OTAs. Prior to joining this commercial role, she worked in solutions, product management, and IT projects. Her industry experiences includes both GDS and Airlines

  2. Suzanna is the Head of Amadeus Ventures, the start-up investment program of Amadeus IT Group. Amadeus Ventures focuses on finding early stage start-ups sitting at the crossroad of technology and travel and provide them with not only funding but also customer reach and industry expertise.
  3. Suzanna has successfully expanded the program from its infancy into an integral part of the business, driving strategic values both for the corporation and the portfolio companies. Suzanna came from the investment banking industry, worked in Corporate Finance / M&A advisory based out of London and Hong Kong before joining Amadeus. She also has prior experience in consulting. Suzanna has an MBA degree from London Business School and likes travelling and photography.

Alejandro De Ferrari

  2. Alejandro (Alex) joined Amadeus in 2008 in the Airline R&D division. In his first mission, he participated in the TPF decommissioning as well as in technical integrations of Altea products for key European carriers.
  3. In 2011, he moved to product management where he was in charge of Security and End User Maintenance solutions. Thanks to his experience and expertise, he was appointed in 2012 to lead a department in charge of the implementation monitoring, supporting core reservation and pricing solutions used by airlines and travel agencies. In his new role, he will be leading the Online Customer Solutions Asia Pacific team, which will be fully dedicated to using their technical expertise to improve the customer experience of Online Customers.

Kawisara (Ja) Wattnapong

  2. Ja is an Account Executive for APAC Online Travel Startups at Amadeus Asia. She joined Amadeus in July 2016 as a Communication Intern in Nice before moving back to Bangkok to start her career at Amadeus Asia in July 2017.  Before her current role, Ja was a part of the 2-year Amadeus Graduate Program, and was rotated to work in Commercial Programs, Corporate Marketing & Communications, Online Travel Commercial, and Online Customer Solutions teams.
  3. Ja holds a Bachelor degree in English from Chulalongkorn University in Thailand and a Master’s degree in Marketing Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management in France. She speaks fluent Thai, English and intermediate French.
