How does Amadeus Value Hotels work?

1. Financials

Credit line:
_ A credit check of the travel agency is done prior to activation
_ The credit line balance can be consumed in the credit line link in Hotels Plus
_ Once the invoice is paid, the credit line is restored to its initial value

Invoicing:
_ Invoicing every month
_ Invoicing based on check-out time
_ Immediate Direct debit payments

Agency Credit Card:
_ No need to sign additional contracts to start booking Amadeus Value Hotels – just accept Terms & Conditions and pay for the booking with your agency credit card!
_ Accepted credit cards: VISA Maestro MasterCard
_ Save your agency credit card number in your Amadeus Agency profile to make payments even faster!

*Working with networks: a special financial set up is needed for groups of travel agencies – Generate one invoice per office ID or one unique invoive for the head of the network – One payment per office ID or one payment at network level

2. Hotel Booking Documents

Every time a travel agent completes a booking with Amadeus Value Hotels, two confirmation documents are generated and sent to the email address the agent entered in the booking flow.

_ Voucher for the traveler (includes customer support contact details)
_ Booking confirmation for the travel agency (includes buying price, selling price and agency fee)

To resend the travel documents to another email address, please follow the command below:

HMR2/EML-xxx@amadeus.com

Where:
HMR is the email resend transaction code
2 is the segment number
/EML- is the command to send the email to a different address
xxx@amadeus.com is the different email address you want to send the documents to
System response: “Reminder successfully sent”

To resend the travel documents to another email with a comment, please follow the command below:

the Agency fee in Amadeus Value Hotels

With Amadeus Value Hotels you have access to net rate hotel content and you decide the agency fee you want to apply to it. Keep reading to learn how!

Agency Fee

What is it?
The agency fee is the percentage that is defined by you when you contact with us and which allows you to control your margins (the commission you will get):

How does it work?
You will see your fee next to “Agency fee” label. It is automatically set up from your default percentage of agency fee, which is set up when you contract with Amadeus Value Hotels.

Can I modify it?
Yes! To do so you just need to click on the small blue icon next to “Agency fee”, which will allow you to override your default agency fee (commission) and introduce a new one.

How is the agency fee displayed in the PNR?
In order to see your agency fee displayed in the PNR you will need to do the following:
Retrieve PNR
1. RTSVCH+hotel segment in order to retrieve the hotel booking information
2. Go to rate information and there it will be shown as in the next example:
